Looplet Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Your Privacy Matters
Looplet is a group communication and organization service created by ThreeKiddos AI, LLC (“ThreeKiddos AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We built Looplet to help groups keep messages, announcements, tasks, events, schedules, files, and other important information together in one place. Because groups may use Looplet to manage personal information about adults and children, we take privacy and security seriously.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, where it comes from, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies to Looplet and its related websites, applications, emails, notifications, AI features, and other services, which we collectively call the “Services.”
When we refer to Loop Content, we mean any information added to, shared through, or created within a Loop, including messages, announcements, files, notes, tasks, events, RSVPs, inventory, Participant information, AI interactions, and related activity.
2. Quick Overview
Here are the most important things to know:
- We collect information needed to provide Looplet. This includes account information, information added to Loops, messages and other Loop Content, and technical information needed to operate and secure the Services.
- Information and Loop Content you provide that is associated with a Loop is available to the Loop Leaders for that Loop.
- Depending on the feature used by the Loop and your permissions granted, information you provide may also be visible to other Loop Members.
- Adults may add information about themselves, other adults, and children.
- Children under 18 may be included as Participants, but may not create accounts or use Looplet themselves.
- We do not sell personal information or Loop Content.
- We do not use Loop Content for targeted advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers in Looplet.
- AI providers may process relevant Loop Content to provide Looplet’s AI features, but we do not permit them to train their general-purpose AI models on it.
- ThreeKiddos AI may use Loop Content, usage information, and feedback to evaluate, secure, develop, and improve Looplet, subject to the safeguards described below.
- You can delete your account at any time. Private information provided to Looplet will be removed. Shared contributions to a Loop may remain as part of the Loop’s history until the Loop is removed.
- Loop Owners can delete a Loop they own at any time. All data associated with that Loop will be removed.

4. Information About Other People
Information in a Loop may be provided by someone other than the person the information is about.
For example, a group organizer or parent might add:
- A child’s name and birthday
- A parent’s contact information
- A participant’s dietary restriction
- A participant’s schedule
- An event address
- A task assignment
- Information about a family or group relationship
If you provide information about another person, you are responsible for having appropriate authority or permission to provide and use that information.
This is especially important when providing information about children or information such as accommodations, schedules, or locations.
You should only provide information that is reasonably necessary for the activities of the Loop.
5. Where Personal Information Comes From
We may receive personal information from:
You. For example, when you create an account, send a message, RSVP to an event, complete a task, upload a file, rate an AI answer, or contact us.
Other people in your Loop. A Loop Leader or another authorized person may invite you, add your contact information, or provide information about you or a Participant.
An organization associated with the Loop. A team, club, school, association, business, nonprofit, or other group may provide information needed to organize its activities.
Your use of Looplet. Technical and activity information is generated when you access or interact with the Services.
Our service providers. We may receive information such as payment status, message-delivery status, error information, or security alerts from companies that help us operate Looplet.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information about you even when another person provides that information to Looplet.
6. Who Can See Information in a Loop?
Looplet is a shared group service.
Information and Loop Content associated with a Loop is available to the Loop Leaders who manage that Loop.
This may include:
- Names and contact information
- Participant information
- Birthdays and ages

- Schedules and assignments
- Messages and replies
- Announcement acknowledgements and reactions
- Tasks and task-completion information
- Events and RSVPs
- Notes, files, images, and library content
- AI interactions, feedback, and other information associated with the Loop
Depending on the feature, permissions, and Loop settings, information may also be visible to other authorized Loop Members.
Your password, authentication credentials, payment credentials, and ThreeKiddos AI’s internal security records are not shared with Loop Leaders or Loop Members.
Authorized users may be able to copy, download, screenshot, forward, or otherwise retain information they are permitted to view. ThreeKiddos AI, LLC cannot control what another authorized user does with information after receiving it.
Authorized ThreeKiddos AI, LLC administrators may access Loop information when reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, troubleshoot, or improve Looplet.

8. AI and Looplet
Looplet uses artificial intelligence to help users find, organize, summarize, and understand information in their Loops and to provide other AI-assisted features.
When you use these features, relevant Loop Content may be processed by an AI service provider acting on our behalf.
We do not permit our AI service providers to use Loop Content to train their general-purpose AI models.
AI-generated information can sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Looplet should not be used as the sole source for emergency, safety-critical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
Important information about allergies, accommodations, schedules, locations, or child safety should be confirmed with an appropriate person when accuracy matters.
9. How We Improve Looplet
ThreeKiddos AI may use Loop Content, AI interactions, ratings, feedback, usage information, and technical information to:
- Evaluate whether features are working properly
- Evaluate the quality and accuracy of AI responses
- Investigate reported problems
- Improve prompts, search, retrieval, and AI features
- Develop and test new Looplet features
- Detect misuse and security problems
- Improve reliability and performance
For example, if you rate an AI-generated answer, we may review the rating together with the question, answer, and relevant context needed to understand the rating.
Authorized ThreeKiddos AI personnel may review limited Loop Content when reasonably necessary for:
- Customer support
- Troubleshooting
- Security investigations
- Abuse prevention
- Quality evaluation
- Investigating feedback
- Product improvement
We limit access to people who reasonably need it for those purposes.
For generalized AI model training or tuning, we use aggregated or de-identified information in accordance with applicable law unless additional permission has been obtained.
We do not use identifiable allergy or accommodation information, identifiable information about children, or sensitive location information to train generalized AI models.
We may retain and use information that has been aggregated or legally de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to a particular person. We do not attempt to re-identify legally de-identified information.
10. Information That May Be Sensitive
Some information used for ordinary group coordination can still be sensitive.
This may include:
- Dietary restrictions or accommodations
- Children’s information
- Birthdays
- Contact information
- Schedules
- Activity locations
- Messages and other communications
Only provide information that is reasonably necessary for the activities of the Loop and that you are authorized to share.
We do not use sensitive information or any other information to create advertising profiles or infer characteristics about people for advertising.
11. Information You Should Not Put in Looplet
Looplet is not designed to store highly sensitive identity, financial, authentication, or detailed medical records.
Please do not upload or send:
- Social Security numbers
- Full credit or debit card numbers
- Bank account credentials
- Account passwords
- Authentication or account-recovery codes
- Government identification numbers
- Copies of passports, driver’s licenses, or similar identification documents unless Looplet expressly supports them for a particular feature
- Detailed medical records
- Information whose collection or disclosure would violate a law, court order, confidentiality obligation, or another person’s rights
Looplet may be used for limited group-coordination information such as dietary restrictions or accommodations.
Looplet is not an electronic medical record, health care service, or emergency medical system.
12. Children and Participants
Looplet is intended for users age 18 and older.
Children under 18 may be represented in a Loop as Participants, but they may not:
- Create a Looplet account
- Sign in to Looplet
- Use another person’s account
- Send or respond to messages themselves
- Interact directly with the AI Assistant
- Otherwise use the Services directly
Parents, guardians, coaches, teachers, group organizers, and other authorized adults may provide information about children when reasonably necessary for the group’s activities.
Anyone providing information about a child must have appropriate authority or permission to do so and must obtain any parental, guardian, organizational, or other authorization required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information about children or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you believe a child under 18 has created or used a Looplet account, or that information about a child was provided without appropriate authority, please contact us.
13. When We Share Personal Information Outside a Loop
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
Service Providers
We use companies that help us provide Looplet, including providers of cloud infrastructure, communications, payment processing, artificial intelligence, security, analytics, and customer support.
These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to us, subject to applicable contractual and legal restrictions.
At Your Direction
We may disclose information when you ask us to do so, such as when you send an invitation, share an event, connect another service, or direct us to communicate with someone.
Legal, Security, and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to:
- Respond to valid legal processes
- Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Protect the security or integrity of Looplet
- Enforce our Terms
- Protect the rights or safety of ThreeKiddos AI, our users, or another person
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Business Transactions
Information may be transferred or disclosed in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
14. No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information.
We do not sell Loop Content.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own unrelated direct marketing.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers in Looplet.
15. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Looplet may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to:
- Sign users in
- Maintain secure sessions
- Remember preferences
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Measure service performance
- Diagnose errors
- Understand whether features are working properly
We do not use third-party advertising cookies to track users across unrelated websites for targeted advertising.
Do Not Track
There is no uniform industry standard for responding to every browser “Do Not Track” signal.
Because Looplet does not use cross-site behavioral advertising trackers, enabling Do Not Track generally does not change our practices.
Global Privacy Control
Where required by law, we recognize legally applicable opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is generally no sale or advertising-sharing activity for such a signal to opt you out of.
16. How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing and securing Looplet, maintaining shared Loop records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and preventing fraud or abuse.
Account and profile information is generally retained while an account is active and for a limited period afterward when reasonably necessary for account closure, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Loop Content and Participant information may remain while the applicable Loop is active, until removed by the Loop Owner or an authorized Loop Leader, or until the Loop is deleted. Deleting an individual account does not automatically delete Loop Content previously contributed to a Loop, as explained in Section 17.
Invitation, communication, technical, and security records may be retained for periods reasonably necessary to deliver communications, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse.
Payment and transaction records may be retained as reasonably necessary for billing, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.
After information is deleted from our active systems, residual copies may remain in archived or backup systems for up to six months before being deleted through our normal backup-retention processes. Information retained in backups is not used for ordinary business purposes and, if restored, will remain subject to the applicable deletion request.
Aggregated or legally de-identified information may be retained for longer periods.
17. Deleting Your Account
You may delete your Looplet account at any time.
When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your individual account from our active systems, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention requirements.
Deleting your account does not automatically delete Loop Content that you previously contributed to a Loop. Information such as messages, replies, acknowledgements, task activity, event activity, files, and other contributions may remain as part of the Loop's shared records and history. Loop Leaders control the administration and retention of content within their Loops, subject to applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may remove or de-identify the connection between retained Loop Content and your deleted account, for example by identifying the contributor as a former or deleted member.
Information another person added about you or a Participant may also remain within a Loop until it is removed by an authorized Loop Leader or ThreeKiddos AI as required by applicable law.
After information is deleted from our active systems, residual copies may remain in archived or backup systems before being deleted through our normal backup-retention processes.
Aggregated or legally de-identified information may be retained after account deletion.
18. Deleting a Loop
Loop Owners may delete a Loop they own at any time.
Deleting a Loop permanently ends access to that Loop for the Loop Owner, Loop Leaders, and Loop Members. ThreeKiddos AI will delete or de-identify the Loop and its associated Loop Content from active systems, subject to the retention provisions in the Looplet Privacy Policy.
Deletion includes the Loop’s messages, announcements, tasks, events, files, images, notes, inventory, Participant information, membership records, AI interactions, and other Loop Content.
Deleting a Loop does not delete the individual Looplet accounts of users who belonged to the Loop.
Residual copies may remain in archived or backup systems for up to six months. Aggregated or legally de-identified information may also be retained. ThreeKiddos AI may retain limited records where permitted or required for billing, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance.
Deleting a Loop does not automatically cancel, downgrade, or change the price of the Loop Owner’s subscription. To the extent the deleted Loop was using capacity included in the subscription, such as an included Loop or user allowance, that capacity will become available for use elsewhere under the same subscription, subject to the applicable plan limits and billing terms.
A request to delete a Loop is permanent and cannot be reversed after deletion from our active systems.
19. Requesting Removal of Specific Loop Content
If you accidentally share information in a Loop, believe information was shared without appropriate authority, or have another privacy, safety, or security concern, you may request removal or correction of specific Loop Content or personal information you contributed.
We will review the request and may work with the applicable Loop Owner or authorized Loop Leaders to address it. Depending on the circumstances, we may delete the information, redact part of it, remove an attachment, de-identify it, or take another reasonable action.
A request does not guarantee removal where retention is reasonably necessary to protect other users, preserve required records, investigate misuse, comply with law, or protect legal rights.
Requests may be submitted through theLooplet Contact page or by emailing info@threekiddos.ai. . We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, locate the content, and evaluate the request.

We will not discriminate or retaliate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.
